The hotel is situated right beside the picturesque Pichola lake, offering a fantastic view from the rooms. The staff at this hotel are helpful and friendly, always available to assist guests 24/7. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with the added convenience of a day bed in one of the window bays, which served as our extra bed. The breakfast at the top roof restaurant not only offers a delicious meal but also provides a great view of the lake.

Staying here was an authentic and memorable experience. The traditional room decor gave a heritage feeling and was well done. The staff was extremely helpful and made my stay comfortable. The hotel has an excellent location, close to all the important tourist destinations and next to the lake. The breakfast was quite tasty, and the view from the terrace restaurant was great.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The location of the hotel is great as it is right next to the lake. You can enjoy the lake view from the rooftop restaurant while having your meal. the nearby Bagore Ki Haveli Museum offers amazing arts performances every night at 7 pm. If you wish to visit the Jagdish Temple uphill, you can take an auto rickshaw which is quite convenient.

The hotel could improve on their customer service. One reviewer mentioned a terrible experience with the hotel manager who argued and threatened them when they asked him to cancel the reservation.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. the location is fantastic, right beside the lake. It was so convenient to be able to walk everywhere and explore the beautiful city. The staff were also very friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a view of the lake which was a wonderful bonus. The hotel also included basic amenities and the newly installed air conditioning worked perfectly. One highlight was the breakfast, which was served with a stunning view of the lake. this hotel provided excellent value for money and I would highly recommend it for anyone visiting this city.
